Founded in early 2000, Egg is an independent, full-service event planning and production agency, with offices in the USA, France, Switzerland, Dubai and Brussels. Over the years, we have created and produced meetings and other events for some of the biggest names in the global pharmaceutical and healthcare industries and we are a steadily growing reference in the technology, luxury goods and financial services sectors, too.
In the 19 years Egg has been in business, we have developed strong relationships with our clients and built a solid base of 60 regular customers, including 21 key accounts in the healthcare industry. Revenues have grown steadily every year to exceed 50 million Euros in 2017. We have driven this growth by expanding our operations worldwide and recruiting people with the right skill-sets and an unwavering commitment to excellence to support the Egg brand in each location. We currently have 100 full-time, multilingual and multinational employees, as well as a worldwide network of tried-and-trusted subcontractors and third-party vendors.
On average, Egg produces 700+ events every year, from team-building sessions or investigator meetings, to product launches, stand-alone meetings, incentive trips, conferences and symposia. Whatever the size of the undertaking, we approach it with the same care and attention to detail to ensure that our client’s needs are met – and, in most cases, exceeded – every step of the way.
Egg retains a broad range of in-house services to better serve our customers, including a graphic design studio and print shop, an IATA accredited ticketing desk, strategic planning department as well as video production and digital solutions capabilities. Our deep experience in the healthcare industry and our understanding of sector-specific compliance issues also set us apart from the competition.
The mission of Egg is to provide customers with the highest level of service in event planning, management and production in this fast-paced industry. We are well-versed in last minute requests and will go above and beyond to deliver bespoke solutions, no matter how ambitious the request or project.
Egg’s objectives in the future include:
- To continue developing and nurturing true partnerships within the healthcare and wellbeing industries and being considered the event agency of choice for companies and organizations worldwide. We have also opened a sports branch in line with health and wellbeing.
- To deliver the highest level of service to our customers and continue to exceed their expectations.
- To increase our number of served clients by 10% per year through superior service.
- To continue developing organically in key emerging growth markets (Asia, Africa and eventually South America) all the while diligently conserving our “niche” agency aura permitting us to deliver the most personalized service to our customers
