Join us for an engaging presentation and discussion over cocktails and canapes.  Andrew Harrison, Engineering Associate Fellow – Life Cycle Engineering at Rolls-Royce, will present and propose the following points for discussion:

  • How aircraft engines are expected to deliver ever-increasing value in the form of available thrust at an ever-decreasing cost of ownership.
  • Explore the engineering activities that take place currently within Rolls-Royce at each stage of a Civil Gas Turbine Engines life cycle to drive towards better service ability, longer working lives and lower operating costs.
  • Exciting future opportunities presented by an increasing availability of digital technologies, data and analytics.

This unique event conducted in English will provide a forum to hear some expert insights and make connections in the engineering sector, as well as help the non-engineers to understand how the aero-engine manages to get us in to the air!

The event fee includes drinks and canapes. This is a prepaid event.
FBG members: AED 150
Non-members: AED 225

Seats are limited, and prior-registration and payment is required by 19th February 2019 using the form below. For any information, contact Inna on events@fbgabudhabi.com.
